Girls Inc. of Greater Miami was founded in 2018 with a simple but powerful vision: to ensure that every girl has access to the tools, support, and opportunities she needs to thrive.

What began as a single program serving 30 girls at one school site has grown into a dynamic organization reaching more than 700 girls across Miami-Dade County. As the needs of our community have evolved, so has our work—expanding thoughtfully to meet girls where they are and equipping them with the skills, confidence, and experiences needed to succeed in school, in their careers, and in life
