As we step into this new season, I can’t help but notice that the energy around our work right now is truly special, and it’s coming from every direction: our girls, our staff, our volunteers, and the incredible community that continues to believe in what we are building together.

The launch of our girls’ soccer club next month in partnership with Fútbol Con Corazón is an important milestone, coinciding with the impossible-to-miss soccer buzz happening in Miami around the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This collaboration represents so much more than sports. It’s about confidence, teamwork, discipline, joy, and giving our girls another powerful space to discover their strength and voice.

Our high school Power Hour program is also continuing to grow in beautiful ways. Seeing our girls step into their future with curiosity, ambition, and courage reminds me every day why this work matters. The confidence they are developing as they explore college, careers, and leadership is extraordinary, and we are only just beginning to see what they will accomplish.

Our youngest girls continue to shine in elementary school, growing into their strengths through daily programs that foster friendship, confidence, and independence.

I am also incredibly proud of the momentum of our Community Impact Board. The creativity, heart, and dedication they bring through the many events they are hosting has been inspiring to watch. These gatherings are not only raising critical support for our mission, they are introducing new communities to the girls we serve and the impact that is possible when people come together with intention.

None of this would be possible without our staff. They show up every single day with compassion, consistency, and genuine love for our girls. Their dedication is the heartbeat of this organization. They build trust, create safe spaces, and remind our girls through their actions that they are seen, valued, and capable of extraordinary things.

Looking ahead to 2026, I am excited about the continued expansion of our programs, deeper school and community partnerships, new opportunities for leadership and mentorship, and the growing circle of supporters who are helping us reach more girls than ever before. Each year brings new challenges, but it also brings new proof that when we invest in girls, we invest in a stronger, more hopeful future for our entire community.
